One of my favorite lounges in Chicago... And I don't even care for champagne. True to the name, they do have a rather extensive champaign list confirmed on multiple occasions by my friends who care about this bubbly substance. For me it is a just a nice lounge, with limited but interesting cognac selection, nice atmosphere and great bartender--Michael. Overall, great place to hang out. I wish US laws were more liberal akin to true capitalist countries and Pops for Champagne was open through the night. 2pm shut down is simply lame.

Nice cognac selection...Michael...nice bartender with the face of a cello player holding a bottle of the shape and size of an intercontinental missile...and you made these nice observations while we were drinking your brains out....Very trustworthy

every time I end up drinking there I can hardly remember going in and always fail to remember coming out. Pops for champagne and Champagne for knocking me out. The place is nothing special but that's hardly a problem as you go over the hump drinking this bubbly shit.
