I don't care much about Las Vegas, but these days it attracts the best culinary talent. Rick Moonen is a God of seafood. He has an enormous passion, talent and understanding of the delicate nature of fish and shellfish and it clearly shows at RM. If you are ever in Vegas, don't pass this place by.
