Spanish Serrano ham or grass fed sirloin in a fast food joint? That's right! Uber Sandwich Makers Unite! This is the kind of place I always thought should exist and it didn't. Clean industrial design, streamlined sandwich production line, the finest ingredients and perfected combinations of flavors. How about Italian Parma ham with goat cheese, baby arugula, rosemary infused asparagus and white truffle oil on organic bretzel baguette? Seriously, any sandwich here makes me salivate. No wonder its packed all the time. Now we have three in Chicago. Go uber sandwich!
