The towers show up out of nowhere, in the middle of a very shady neighborhood. They don't seem impressive from afar, but up close every piece of the structure is covered with bright & colourful tiles & glass that shine in the sun. The $7 tour is worthwhile because the guide takes you upclose to the towers & provides some infomration on the inspiring story of their origin.
