As a true Johnny Cash fan, I am bothered by this movie. The music and cinematography are great, which are the only saving grace in my opinion, but I just do not think the man in black was portrayed as the man in black should have been portrayed.

Walk the Line is actually a pretty good movie and gets a good perspective of how Johnny Cash's life really was back then and the struggles he went through. If you're a Johnny Cash fan i would deffinitely recommend watching it.

Moving, authentic and full of emotions. This how I can describe this Johnny Carson bio flick. Though there are certain parts of the movie that was dragging, the story was played out smoothly by the riveting performance of Joaquin Phoenix and Reese Witherspoon. A film that's good to watch, as long as you focus on the story and essence of the film and ignore the hype that surrounds it.
