Julia Gleason: Buffets are tough because typically when you do so many different types of food, the quality suffers. For example, when I go to the Toaster Oven just across the way, I know I'm getting an absolutely delicious BBQ chicken sandwich. They give you a small set of options and they're great at it. When you go to a place like the Green Bar, you're getting some good food but none of it blows you away. When you're making that much food you can't have time to perfect it. With that being said, I like the Green Bar for their healthy veggie options. Their cauliflower and zucchini medley is delicious as is their brussel sprouts and country-style potatoes. Another problem with buffets; I always end up spending way more than I want to.
