The Metropolitan Museum of Art

Natalia Klimovich: Love it. Definitely the best art museum in US. You can go there again and again, and there'll always be something new. It is huge--so don't attempt to cover everything in your first visit.

Metropolitan Museum Of Art
Guggenheim Museum

Alex Pavlovitch: Like many contemporary art museums (and granted, Guggenheim is one of the best known) it is grossly overrated. 90% of collections are filled with pretentious pieces of crap posing as art. There are occasional gems, but those are rare. I am not at all against modern forms of art, but it has to be art. 20 full-size photographs of ugly naked bodies lined up on the wall in a "series" does not cut it. I can do that myself in the back yard.

Metropolitan Museum of Art
Museum of Arts and Design

Caleb Galaraga: Went here a while go with my friend to attend Karin Fong's presentation on Collaboration. The place is beautiful and these multiple story structure has some of the finest exhibits, which non-artistic people like me can appreciate. They have an amazing gift shop as well, offering a variety of books, items and other wares that we, the masses, can appreciate and recognize as art. A definite must-see, especially because its way less congested than the typical NY museum.
