Nijiya Market

Natalia Klimovich: Lots of yummy goodness in this Japanese market at the heart of little Tokyo in West LA. Their prepared food section is amazing. Those who miss Japan and its authentic food will love this store.

Peet's Coffee & Tea

Sarah M.: How could Peet's not get less than a FIVE STAR RATING?! It is THE BEST COFFEE IN LA. Strong, bold and not for the meek - I get an Iced Vanilla Latte or a regular Hot Latte with no bells and whistles. The foam is always creamy, the shots are pulled to perfection and the service is fast and friendly. My favorite Peet's is on Montana in Santa Monica. I'd move there just to be near it if I could.

Sushi Mac

Nathaniel Osollo: Oh yeah, I'm a Sushi Mac. And I'm a PC Mac...no, wait. Let me start over. Whatever. SUSHI! Yes, it's so good it requires shouting through text (cause that's what caps lock means, moron). Three bucks for each plate of sushi? Priced on how many plates you eat? Win, win. Although, if you eat a lot the price sneaks up on you. Still totally worth it.

Amandine Patisserie

Natalia Klimovich: I repeat after the previous reviewer: best french pastries in LA

Katsuya

Alla Lipov: Really does have a great vibe! Interior is really cool and the food does not disappoint. Try the baked crab rolls....always delicious! The Hollywood location is nice too....but a pain to get too.
