Alex Pavlovitch: Luxury. Love it. Difficult to justify the price unless you dine on a corporate dollar, but seriously, this place is worth every penny. Run by the renowned chef Cindy Wolf (James Beard nominee), Charleston received multiple awards as the best Baltimore restaurant since it opened doors in 1997. And in this case, all the praise was totally justified. The French-inspired prix-fixe tasting menu allows diners to sample from three to six courses, with added wine pairings if desired. Everything I tried was simply delicious. Service is impeccable. Staff is knowledgeable and courteous. I would separately recommend to get cheese presentation. Not only the cheese selection is great, but listening to detail description of every cheese is throughly entertaining.
