An absolute must for any visitor to LA, the Getty Center is an architectural gem overlooking West LA. Great place to go take a nap on the lawn, read a book, and check out the art galleries. On a clear day its a perfect spot to watch the sunset and drink some wine. I only wish they would stay open later, throw parties there, and move all of the classical art to the Getty Villa :) And have free parking

A must see place when you are visiting LA. Situated on top of Santa Monica mountains this architectural gem gives you stunning perspective of the greater LA. The grounds are beautiful, yet not too manicured. The museum is nice too, featuring even some works by Monet, Sisley and Renoir.

Definitely not known for the art, but the architecture and the view is a must see in LA. If there is one museum to see in LA, this should be it.

I really like this place. It's pretty awesome. Haven't been back for a while but will definitely go back again some time. A must go in LA.

So if for some strange reason you haven't been to the Getty Center just off the 405 freeway in Los Angeles (hey, now you know where it is) then you should probably head over there to check out the exhibitions Leonardo and The Aztec Pantheon before they close. It's chalk full of these little orange dudes with green hair who make candy all day for less than minimum wage. Plus, they sing and dance at the cue of a flute that Gene Wilder plays.
